Customer Advisory Board

ViryaNet customers agree that interaction with their peers and ViryaNet staff increase productivity in their business processes. The ViryaNet Customer Advisory Board ensures these interactions.

The ViryaNet Customer Advisory Board (CAB) consists of customer advisors, representing the ViryaNet customer base, and plays an important role in the future direction of ViryaNet's software applications. The ViryaNet CAB is coordinated through the ViryaNet Customer Care organization.

The goals of the ViryaNet Customer Advisory Board are to:

  • Maintain communication between the entire customer base and ViryaNet, helping ViryaNet remain responsive to and aware of the needs of our customers.
  • Work with ViryaNet and the customer base to help prioritize future product development, ensuring a product roadmap in line with the needs of the existing customer base and the industry in general.
  • Coordinate various events, including ViryaVision, the annual ViryaNet customer conference where blueprints for product development are created and/or significant product-related events are discussed and communicated.
