System Installation

The ViryaNet solution is now installed onto production servers, and dedicated instances are created in ViryaNet for development and support.

Integration

Using published APIs, as well as state-of-the-art XML protocols, the ViryaNet solution is integrated with work generating systems and back-end accounting systems.

System Testing and Parallel Operations Testing

Thorough systems testing of all functionality and interfaces is completed during this project stage.
As well, parallel operations testing is performed, where a subset of workers use the ViryaNet solution to complete work orders.

User Acceptance Testing Support

Managers, dispatchers, and field technicians test the application in its production setting.

GO-LIVE Support

ViryaNet now provides on-site support for the live system.
