Training

ViryaNet Global Services offers progressive training programs that promote success in your service organization by improving the effectiveness of your employees.

We offer product training and standard training during implementations. We also offer training courses to help you use the extensibility options in the product, such as BPM, InfoPath, and User-Defined mechanisms.

The product training courses cover key application functions and provide usage guidelines for each software component. Standard courses included with implementations are:

• ViryaNet G4 System Orientation: Part of the project kickoff with the implementation team, this session helps to orient your project team with the product capabilities to be used. Provides training for the customer's project team, with an overview of the ViryaNet G4 system components in scope. This provides the necessary foundation before the modeling workshop. Duration: ~1 day.
• Application Administration Training: For application system administrators and data administrators, in the customer application support department. Covers the primary administration tasks done within the software administrator user interface. Duration: 2 days.
• Technical Systems Administration Training: For IT system administrators and data administrators. Covers technical system administration tasks. Duration: 2.5 days.
• Train the Trainer: Designed for the customer's training staff and/or expert users who will train the end users. Duration is 3-4 days, typically conducted during the Site Acceptance Testing stage, to allow the customer enough time to develop end-user training materials and plans.

ViryaNet provides both on-site in-person training, combined with web-based sessions, to make your experience most productive.

Other popular and often recommended training courses include:

• ViryaNet G4 User Defined Overview: How to define, design, and implement custom user-defined fields, queries, and screens, and how to add them to the user interface. Provides overview of user-defined architecture and how to implement User Defined items.
• ViryaNet G4 InfoPath Integration: Covers InfoPath integration with our product, the architecture, and guidelines on form creation, data mapping, and integration with ViryaNet G4 data structure.
• BPM Foundation Training: 2.5-day on-site or web-based foundations training course to cover basics and gain familiarity with business process management, Intalio Designer and Server components, business rules, and planning for implementation. Includes hand-on exercises to create an initial working business process. The training session also includes topics of guidance on process modeling and detailed planning for next steps in the implementation.

In addition, a series of independent training courses are offered for customers and implementation partners. Because each customer's processes are different, training course content also can be customized to fit your needs.
