In this phase, ViryaNet Global Services reviews your business processes to clearly define all system configuration requirements into a comprehensive document.

Workshop meetings are held to review your business processes and review how the ViryaNet G4 software satisfies your business needs. The solution modeling and definition will be completed in the first phase of the implementation project. The objective is to validate your business requirements and gather information needed to configure the standard system functionality to meet those requirements.

In addition, the modeling workshop allows ViryaNet Global Services to map these requirements to ViryaNet G4's standard capabilities available with the "out-of-the-box" application. The Configuration Workbook is a tool used to establish the setup of the system to meet your business requirements, where applicable. The knowledge gained from the workshop guides the remainder of the implementation.
