• analyzes your most recent Optimizer results, based on the organizational structure and the types of work.
• reviews your service organization optimization objectives and creates (or updates) a baseline for later comparisons.
• identifies and categorizes optimization results suspected as "not optimal".
• suggests a new configuration to the Optimizer in order to better represent your business objectives and to improve the quality of the schedule assignments.
• applies the agreed-upon Optimizer configuration changes to the system and compares the results to the baseline.
• re-analyzes your Optimizer results and reports on the impact of the changes.
