ViryaNet Service Hub G4 Dispatch is a graphical set of tools that provide instant access to critical information on all your work and resources.

The Dispatch component contains interactive views, including a Gantt view of all work - simple to complex -, a Geo-centric view, and a unique task view for effectively managing assignments across your internal and/or external workforce. Dispatch's appropriate levels of automation provide all pertinent, consolidated information enabling dispatchers to spend their critical time handling exceptions and receving guideance toward their next decision.

ViryaNet Service Hub G4 Field enables field-based workers and managers to remotely access required information and maximize productivity, improving operational efficiencies and customer service levels. Field also enables field-based workers to update status and detailed work information associated with work orders, working in online or offline mode.

Field complements and seemlessly operates with the ViryaNet Service Hub G4 Dispatch component. But Field is also an independent product, able to communicate with various other office systems.

The Field component leverages state-of-the-art technologies that allow you the freedom to choose from a wide range of device options (that can be deployed in parallel), including laptops, smart phones, PDAs, voice-commands and WAP-compliant mobile phones.
