(Nasdaq: VRYA), a provider of wireless workforce management solutions for field service communities, today announced a formal partnership with Expert Solutions International (ESI), Inc. of Israel. Under the terms of the relationship, ESI will act as a reseller and systems integrator, deploying ViryaNet Service Hub, and ViryaNet will resell ESI's scheduling component, TechMAN, with the ViryaNet field service offerings. This
will allow both companies to promote, market, sell, implement, and support a comprehensive solution for the field service market.

The two companies are currently implementing a solution at a leading provider of services to the insurance and medical equipment segments.
