Expects Results to Meet Previous Guidance

ViryaNet management will host a conference call on that same day at 8:30 AM (EDT) to discuss the results, provide an outlook on business conditions, and answer questions from the investment community.
The Company also indicated that it expects financial results for the second quarter to meet the previously communicated guidance of $4.6M to $5.5M for revenue and earnings per share loss of $0.23 to $0.26. Further details will be provided during the conference call.
