Under the terms of the relationship, Plan b will act as a reseller and systems integrator, deploying ViryaNet's field service offerings to the transportation, logistics, and energy industries. This partnership will
allow both companies to promote, market, sell, implement, and support a comprehensive solution for field service organizations.
