New Executive to Focus on Furthering Company's Growth in Internet Market

Reporting to Win Burke, senior vice president worldwide marketing, Schmidt will oversee all product-related marketing activities for Service Hub, the company's B-to-B Internet platform for service communities.

Prior to that, Schmidt was vice president of marketing at Pegasystems Inc. in Cambridge, Massachusetts. While at Pegasystems, Schmidt developed marketing programs that redefined and established the company as a major Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) vendor in the financial services marketplace. Schmidt's experience also includes various positions in technical consulting, product management, and marketing at Arachne Group, Object Design, Inc., Prime Computer, and Honeywell Information Systems.
