Win Demonstrates ViryaNet's Ability to Offer Service Organizations New Direction in MWFM

Westborough, MA - November 15, 2011 - ViryaNet Limited (OTCQB: VRYAF), a leading provider of software solutions that optimize the planning, execution & monitoring of service processes for mobile field service workforces, announced today that Consolidated Communications has selected ViryaNet G4 for managing its mobile workforce.

Consolidated Communications selected ViryaNet G4 to facilitate their strategic plan to achieve operational excellence by improving customer service, streamlining key mobile workforce management processes and having better control over parts and assets.

"The Consolidated Communications team selected ViryaNet from among several Mobile Workforce Management (MWFM) vendors based on their experience with similar customers and their comprehensive suite of mobile workforce management tools. They provide additional functionality beyond the standard box of solutions. We are pleased to have a complete inventory management module and an integrated Business Process Manager component among the core capabilities of the solution," stated Bob Udell, Consolidated Communications COO.

ViryaNet's comprehensive MWFM application suite will enable Consolidated Communications to introduce new levels of customer satisfaction by allowing its Customer Service Representative to confidently provide information about work order and resource status as well as offer customers more narrow appointment windows based on real time knowledge of resource capacity. These and other customer oriented features are designed to improve the communication and flow of information. Operationally, the dispatch team will be armed with a host of new decision support and scheduling optimization tools resulting in more streamlined route optimization with a bi-directional flow of information to a mobile platform designed to help its field staff communicate in both a connected and disconnected manner. With this operational framework, the Consolidated Communications team will be able to complete work orders more quickly and accurately while providing management with information to measure performance. ViryaNet G4 delivers pre-defined content as a set of flows and rules harvested specifically to improve field service work life cycle, leveraging an innovative open standard Business Process Management tool based on Intalio|BPM. The ViryaNet approach saves integration time in shortening time-to-benefit, while giving Consolidated Communications flexibility to quickly adapt workflow processes to meet evolving challenges of its mobile workforce process flows. In addition, Consolidated will take advantage of a seamless view of continuous inventory from field to warehouse using ViryaNet's inventory management system to track and control its key assets.

"We are pleased to welcome Consolidated Communications into the ViryaNet family," stated Memy Ish-Shalom, CEO of ViryaNet. "This recent competitive win and replacement of the incumbent MWFM provider demonstrates ViryaNet solutions' vision, appreciation of the importance of Total Cost of Ownership and credibility in the market. We look forward to a successful implementation and to supporting Consolidated Communication in their effort to achieve measureable benefits in its delivery of service to their customers."
