VIRYANET FIELD SERVICE AND MOBILE WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS POWER 3 CHANNEL PARTNER WINS
August 05, 2010

European division of an International food and beverage giant and Utilities in Western and Midwestern US underscore the success of ViryaNet's channel partner growth strategy

Southborough, MA - August 5, 2010 - ViryaNet Limited (VRYAF.OB), a leading provider of mobile workforce management solutions that optimize the full cycle of scheduling and dispatch processes for field service management announced 3 recent wins through 3 different ViryaNet channel partners.

The first partner success occurred in the UK division of a global food and beverage company. The ViryaNet field service solution, will be deployed by its partner in a hosted environment, and will provide both mobile workforce management and supply chain management functionality. The solution will enable the customer's technicians to report job status, order parts, update customer records, and access detailed site information as well performing critical on-site maintenance. By optimizing scheduling, and automating field service processes, the customer is able to respond more quickly with technicians who are better equipped to complete the job. The result is that millions of people across the UK will enjoy an uninterrupted flow of one of their most beloved brands.

In the case of the Midwestern utility which provides energy delivery services to over a million customers, ViryaNet's partner will consolidate their customer's field service scheduling and optimization processes onto a rebranded version of the ViryaNet G4 mobile workforce management solution. The customer scheduling operations have historically been divided into 3 silos, service, construction and outage, each with its own work orders and its own method of optimizing and scheduling those orders.

Finally, a water utility which ensures the treatment, delivery and availability of high-quality drinking water in America's Southwest found a novel solution to their needs for scheduling and dispatch without investing in a dispatch center. The utility outsourced their dispatch operation to the ViryaNet channel partner who, in turn, deployed a dispatch center and equipped the customer with a mobility solution, both powered by ViryaNet.

"3 recent wins from 3 different partners is exactly the pace of new business activity we have positioned ourselves for," remarked Memy Ish Shalom, CEO of ViryaNet, "but perhaps more importantly" he continued, "it once again validates our core business plan of growth through multiple, diversified, channel partners"
