ViryaNet customers agree that interaction with their peers and ViryaNet staff increase their productivity in their business processes. The ViryaNet Customer Advisory Board ensures these interactions.
CAB Mission
The ViryaNet Customer Advisory Board (CAB), consisting of customer advisors, represents the ViryaNet customer base, and plays an important role in the future direction of ViryaNet's software applications. The ViryaNet CAB is coordinated through the ViryaNet Customer Care organization. The CAB's goals are to:
- Maintain communications between the full customer base and ViryaNet to help ViryaNet remain responsive to and aware of the needs of its customers.
Work with ViryaNet and the customer base to help prioritize future product development, ensuring a product roadmap in line with the needs of the existing customer base and the respective industry in general.
Coordinate various forms of events, including ViryaVision, the ViryaNet customer conference, at which blueprints for product development are created and/or significant product-related events are discussed and communicated.
