Memy Ish-Shalom

President and CEO

Memy has served as ViryaNet's president and chief executive officer since January 2006, responsible for all aspects of the company's strategy and growth. Prior to rejoining the ViryaNet, Memy served as the chief executive officer of Wadago, Ltd., an Israeli based privately held company. Prior to Wadago, Ltd., he served as the chief operating officer of Guardium Inc., a privately held company that develops and delivers innovative database security solutions. Memy served as ViryaNet's chief operating officer from February 2001 until November 2002. Before that, he served as vice president of customer care and billing at Amdocs. During the period from May 1989 until March 2000, Memy was employed at ViryaNet and served in a number of senior management positions, including research and development manager, general manager of Israeli operations, and executive vice president of engineering.

Memy is an accomplished marathoner, bringing his same level of corporation passion to the sport. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Jeff Oskin

Chief Operating Officer

Jeff became ViryaNet's chief operating officer in January 2006, bringing with him more than 15 years of business experience with high technology and service-oriented organizations. Jeff has served ViryaNet in a number of strategic and operational roles, including, vice president of sales, and, most recently, vice president of international sales. Prior to joining ViryaNet, Jeff has held a number of executive positions at various e-commerce and high tech companies, including Teradyne, where he managed a global service operation, supporting the highly demanding semiconductor capital equipment market.

Jeff speaks regularly at industry events. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Boston University.

Jim Robidoux

Vice President, Customer Care

As vice president of customer care, Jim Robidoux supports the current and future needs of existing ViryaNet clients, and ensures that customer service and customer satisfaction are continually enhanced throughout ViryaNet's customer support processes. Prior to joining ViryaNet, Jim was the vice president of operations for the SmartTime division of ASA International where he managed their professional services and product engineering organizations. Jim has over 23 years of experience in the implementation of large and medium scale applications.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from Worcester State College and an MBA from Clark University.

Clint Fuller

Vice President, Sales

Clint is responsible for leading ViryaNet's products and services sales efforts. In this position, he develops and executes the company's global go-to-market and sales strategies, having responsibility for ViryaNet's top-line revenue growth. Clint joined ViryaNet in 2002 as part of the iMedeon acquisition, were he served as Vice President, Product Management. Prior to ViryaNet, Clint held a number of senior management positions including President and CEO of Interlink Networks, COO of SafLink Corporation, and General Manager, Unisys Worldwide Financial Line of Business.

Clint has a degree in Computer Science from Lackawanna College.

Debra M. Brucato

Vice President, Professional Services

Debra Brucato serves as vice president, professional services. Debra's responsibilities include overseeing the creation and delivery of professional service solutions to ViryaNet's clients worldwide. These solutions include implementation projects and services, project management, business analysis and consulting services, product installations, customizations, integration services, and the ongoing application support. In her role, Debra draws from a rich experience in management strategy and execution to continuously refine and evolve ViryaNet's professional services processes and procedures, ensuring high-quality customer deliverables. Debra possesses over 17 years of leadership experience in the software industry, managing software development, implementation projects, and business strategy execution. Most recently, she managed the development and professional services activities for W.A. Wilde Company, a leading solutions provider for the marketing industry.

Debra has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northeastern University.

Nir Diskin

Vice President, Engineering

Nir Diskin is responsible for leading ViryaNet's growing worldwide team of developers with diverse skill sets in business and engineering disciplines. Mr. Diskin has held a number of management positions within the ViryaNet R&D organization since joining ViryaNet in 1996. Nir was appointed to vice president of product management in 2000. Prior to his promotion, Nir headed the e-product team in R&D. He was named vice president, engineering in September 2005.

Nir brings with him a well-rounded management background, including serving as a Major in Israeli Air force where, in leadership positions, he dealt with avionics software development. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel.

Aviram Hinenzon

Vice President, Products

Aviram Hinenzon is responsible for ViryaNet's product strategy and planning activities. As VP, Products, Aviram is an advocate of the product, managing the continuum of product positioning to delivery by working closely with customer facing as well as the delivery groups within the company. Prior to joining ViryaNet in February 2006, Mr. Hinenzon served as the VP, Products of Wadago, Ltd., an Israeli based privately held company. Prior to that filled senior product management & system engineering positions at ECI Telecom (ECIL), TTI Telecom (TTIL) and the Israeli Ministry of Defense.

Aviram holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Ed Krufka

Vice President, Marketing

Ed has been with ViryaNet since 1995 in various capacities including professional services, products, customer care, and now marketing. Ed is responsible for increasing the market's awareness of ViryaNet and facilitating customer communications to increase the value they receive from being a ViryaNet customer. Prior to joining ViryaNet, Ed spent 12 years in the utility industry in various capacities.

Ed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Grove City College.
