ViryaNet Management Team: Leadership in Action

ViryaNet's senior management team is comprised of seasoned professionals who have decades of experience and success in managing and growing organizations.

Memy Ish-Shalom

CEO

Memy has served as ViryaNet's Chief Executive Officer since January 2006 and is responsible for all aspects of the company's operations and long term strategies.

Prior to being named CEO, Memy served in key leadership positions at ViryaNet including Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Engineering and General Manager of Israeli Operations. Memy's extensive and successful executive experience spans both small and large companies. He was the Chief Operating Officer at Waltham based Guardium Inc, a leader in real-time enterprise database monitoring and protection (acquired by IBM). He also served as Vice President of Customer Care and Billing at Amdocs.

As an accomplished marathoner, Memy brings the same passion for running as he has for running a company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem


Yohanan Engelhardt

Vice President, Finance

Yohanan Engelhardt has served as Vice President of Finance for ViryaNet since 1998. Yohanan has over twenty years of extensive experience in financial management of public companies. Prior to joining ViryaNet, Yohanan served as the Chief Financial Officer in two public companies, Aryt Industries and Keter Publishing House.

Yohanan is a Certified Public Accountant in both the United States and Israel and holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.


Jim Robidoux

Vice President, Customer Care

As Vice President of customer care, Jim Robidoux supports the current and future needs of existing ViryaNet clients, and ensures that customer service and customer satisfaction are continually enhanced throughout ViryaNet's customer support processes. Prior to joining ViryaNet, Jim was the Vice President of operations for the SmartTime division of ASA International where he managed their professional services and product engineering organizations. Jim has over 23 years of experience in the implementation of large and medium scale applications

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from Worcester State College and an MBA from Clark University.


Glenn Martin

Vice President, Sales

Glenn is responsible for leading ViryaNet's global sales efforts. In this position, he develops and executes the company's global sales strategies, having responsibility for ViryaNet's top-line revenue growth.

Previously, Glenn served as Director, Marketing and Strategic Accounts for Pointserve where he conducted direct sales and business development, and managed strategic accounts within the mobile workforce management industry. Prior to Pointserve, Glenn was the Sales Director, Scheduling Product Business Group at Oracle. Glenn understands the field service marketplace intimately, and is a frequent speaker at industry events.

Glenn earned his bachelor's degree from Colby College, and his MBA from Babson College - Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business.


Clint Fuller

Vice President, Business Development

Clint is responsible for leading business development efforts for ViryaNet's products and services. Clint joined ViryaNet in 2002 as part of the iMedeon acquisition, were he served as Vice President, Product Management. Prior to ViryaNet, Clint held a number of senior management positions including President and CEO of Interlink Networks, COO of SafLink Corporation, and General Manager, Unisys Worldwide Financial Line of Business.

Clint has a degree in Computer Science from Lackawanna College.


Aviram Hinenzon

Vice President, Marketing

Aviram has been with Viryanet since 2006. As Vice President of Marketing he oversees both the development of leading product capabilities and extensive outward-bound marketing programs. Previously, Aviram was Vice President of Product Management where, working closely with partners and customers, Aviram drove the vision for ViryaNet's next generation platform, G4, Prior to ViryaNet, Mr. Hinenzon served as the VP, Products of Wadago, Ltd., an Israeli-based privately held company. Aviram's extensive technical experience also includes positions of senior product management & system engineering positions at ECI Telecom (ECIL), TTI Telecom (TTIL) and the Israeli Ministry of Defense.

Aviram holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology


Debra M. Brucato

Vice President, Professional Services

Debra Brucato serves as Vice President, professional services. Debra's responsibilities include overseeing the creation and delivery of professional service solutions to ViryaNet's clients worldwide. These solutions include implementation projects and services, project management, business analysis and consulting services, product installations, customizations, integration services, and the ongoing application support. In her role, Debra draws from a rich experience in management strategy and execution to continuously refine and evolve ViryaNet's professional services processes and procedures, ensuring high-quality customer deliverables. Debra possesses over 17 years of leadership experience in the software industry, managing software development, implementation projects, and business strategy execution. Most recently, she managed the development and professional services activities for W.A. Wilde Company, a leading solutions provider for the marketing industry.

Debra has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northeastern University.


Nir Diskin

Vice President, Engineering

Nir Diskin is responsible for leading ViryaNet's growing worldwide team of developers with diverse skill sets in business and engineering disciplines. Mr. Diskin has held a number of management positions within the ViryaNet R&D organization since joining ViryaNet in 1996. Nir was appointed to Vice President of Product Management in 2000. Prior to his promotion, Nir headed the e-product team in R&D. He was named Vice President, Engineering in September 2005.

Nir brings with him a well-rounded management background, including serving as a Major in Israeli Air Force where, in leadership positions, he dealt with avionics software development. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel.
